Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the services provided by Ampfer AB ("Provider").

Services

Provider offers access to its software and related services as described in applicable order forms, proposals, or written agreements.

Use of services

Customers agree to:
· Use the services solely for lawful business purposes
· Ensure authorised users comply with these Terms
· Not misuse, copy, or reverse engineer the services

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:
· Accuracy of information provided to Provider
· Maintaining confidentiality of access credentials
· Customer data uploaded to the services

Fees and payment

Fees, billing terms, and payment schedules will be specified in the applicable order form or agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual property

Provider retains all rights, title, and interest in the services and related intellectual property. Customers retain ownership of their customer data.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other party’s confidential information and to use such information only as permitted under the agreement.

Data protection

Where Provider processes personal data on behalf of a customer, the parties agree to comply with applicable data protection laws. A separate Data Processing Agreement applies.

Warranties and disclaimers

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provider disclaims all warranties not expressly stated.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
· Provider’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
· Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Termination

Either party may terminate in accordance with the applicable agreement or in the event of material breach.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.
